• Usage data: feature interactions, data synchronization logs, and session activity
• Content provided to AI features: text inputs, Zillow/kvCORE notification snippets, prompts, and AI-generated follow-up outputs

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the tribulls service, to personalize your Daily AI Focus recommendations, and to communicate with you about your account and autonomous service updates.

AI Data Processing

User inputs and contact data may be processed by secure third-party AI model providers to generate recommendations and perform AI-powered workflows. Your real estate data is never used for training public AI models. AI-generated outputs are stored securely as part of your account data for your continued access and are discarded from provider systems after generation.

Data Storage and Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit: all data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted via TLS
• Encryption at rest: stored client databases and listing notes are encrypted on our servers
• Access control: strict role-based access controls limit who can access personal data

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or client data to third parties. We may share data with the following categories of trusted third parties as necessary to provide the service:

• AI model providers: to process your inputs and generate intelligent workflow actions
• Infrastructure providers: to host and deliver the application reliably with high uptime

Your Rights

• Access: request a copy of your personal data and synchronized contact records

• Deletion: request full deletion of your personal and client data

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged within 90 days of account deletion.

Children's Privacy

tribulls is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a user under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
